Shipping & Returns

Currently the Studio's products are only available to purchase if you reside in Australia. We offer a flat postage rate of $15.00. Greeting Cards ship FREE.


Vanbloom Studio is a boutique studio that custom makes your product orders… that’s why we do not give refunds for change of mind purchases. This policy only applies to products purchased from our Online Store.


Every product is made with care and packaged carefully, however we understand it is possible for products to be damaged in transit.  This is disappointing for you, along with our Studio. Dispatch timeframes for replacements is between 1-7 days.  If there is any urgency with your order please advise us so that we can make it our priority.


Process:

  • If you receive your product and find that it is faulty or damaged, please send us a photo via email to vb@vanbloom.com.au.
  • We will assess image via photograph.
  • We will determine if it needs to be shipped back to us or whether photographic evidence is enough to constitute a replacement.  
  • Postal address for returns is 3 Ferngrove Avenue, Upper Coomera, Qld, 4209. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own packing/shipping costs.  Please email receipt of these costs and a credit will be issued via the original method you paid.
